1. Order Confirmation:

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email/WhatsApp with your order details.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
• In case of customized or made-to-measure orders, our team may contact you for measurements or design confirmation before production begins.

2. Processing Time

• Everything is made on order and require atleast one month to be made and lehengas requires 2 or 3 months depending on the embroidery
• Bridal or heavily customized orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• We offer shipping across India.
• Standard delivery timeline: 3-7 working days after dispatch.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

4. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide.
• International delivery timelines may vary between 7-15 working days depending on the destination.
• Shipping charges and customs duties (if applicable) are borne by the customer.
• Any additional customs, taxes, or import duties charged by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
